Fayetteville Public Utilities has been made aware of an email scam received by some customers. The fraudulent emails use a signature line that closely resembles FPU’s logo but is not from FPU. The email scam asks customers to update their account by clicking a link.

- Delete it immediately.
- Do not respond.
- Do not click on any links or open any attachments.
- Report the scam to FPU by calling 433-1522.
Fayetteville Public Utilities will be closed on December 24 and 25 for Christmas and January 1 for New Year’s Day.
