FPU offers wastewater services to a number of customers in the Fayetteville City limits. Our wastewater treatment facility meets all standards established by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

WASTEWATER TAP FEES

All services include 12-1/2 feet of service line or to the property line (whichever is less) – over 12-1/2 feet will have an additional cost.

Pavement repairs or casing pipe cost, if needed, are not included.
 

INSIDE CITY LIMITS:

UP TO 4 INCHES*
$1,500

OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS:

UP TO 4 INCHES*
$2,000

*All taps over 4 inches will be at cost plus 25% (minimum $1,500.00).

These fees are effective July 1, 2015.
