ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT
Lincoln County was the first county in Tennessee to get electricity! Currently, FPU's Electric department serves nearly 19,000 customers every day.
NATURAL GAS DEPARTMENT
FPU's Natural Gas Department has been in operation, serving Fayetteville and Lincoln County residents since 1949. We currently serve over 6,000 customers with clean, efficient natural gas.
WATER/SEWER DEPARTMENT
The FPU water department installed its first water works system in 1898. Still going strong many years later, the FPU water and sewer department works hard every day to insure that Fayetteville has plenty of clean, potable water. We currently provide treated water service to over 4,200 customers
TELECOM DEPARTMENT
Did you know that FPU was the first utility in Tennessee to offer cable Internet and VoIP digital phone services? With FPU's High-Speed Internet service, you can choose your speed - 75Mbps, 100Mbps or 125mbps - and also connect to our VoIP digital phone service. We offer telecom services to over 4,100 customers in Fayetteville and parts of Lincoln County.
