Types of Large Developments
Subdivisions
Minor subdivisions include the division of a parcel of land into four (4) or fewer individual lots.
Major Subdivisions include the division of a parcel of land into five (5) or more individual lots.
Major Subdivisions include the division of a parcel of land into five (5) or more individual lots.
Industrial
Industrial developments include the use of land, buildings, or structures for manufacturing, processing or related operations involving goods or materials.
Commercial
Commercial developments include structures used for business, retail, service, office or similar activities intended to serve the public or conduct commerce.
